Owen Korn serves as Director, Personal & Group Insurance Advisory at MGD Wealth, where he specialises in providing personalised wealth protection (insurance) strategies to meet clients’ evolving needs and objectives.

Known for his detail-oriented approach, Owen ensures MGD clients receive coverage that reflects their unique circumstances at every stage of their insurance journey.

Owen began his career in financial planning at Centric Wealth, gaining experience across client services, paraplanning, and advisory roles before focusing on personal insurance advice. As the Head of Employee Benefits at Certe, he was responsible for managing group insurance programs for several of Australia’s top law firms and other professional services firms.

His strong technical knowledge of insurance products and policy terms allows clients to confidently make informed decisions when it comes to their wealth protection strategies.

At MGD, Owen leads the firm's group insurance solutions, including PeopleProtect, MGD's innovative employee insurance offering designed to provide flexible and accessible protection for Australian businesses and their people. He works closely with employers to develop tailored risk management strategies that deliver meaningful outcomes for both businesses and employees.
