The Opportunity
Work on diverse, complex client engagements, build strong relationships and support junior team members’ growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and businesses Provide strategic tax and wealth management advice
Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS
Develop strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
Mentor junior team members and uphold quality standards
Work across varied industries and complex tax matters
About You:
5+ years in public practice accounting with high-net-worth clients
CPA or CA qualified (or near completion)
Strong knowledge of Australian tax and compliance
Proficient in Xero and accounting software
Analytical, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven
Proactive and highly organised

The Opportunity
As an Accountant, you will assist in managing a portfolio of high-net-worth and business clients, supporting the delivery of tax compliance and advisory services. This role provides the opportunity to gain experience working on diverse client engagements, develop your technical expertise, and build strong client relationships while contributing to the success of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and businesses, supporting the delivery of tailored tax and advisory services.
Contribute to financial planning and compliance efforts, helping clients achieve tax efficiency and effective wealth management.
Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS, with guidance from senior team members.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, working towards becoming a trusted advisor.
Collaborate with and support junior colleagues, fostering a team-focused environment.
Gain exposure to diverse industries and develop skills in handling complex tax matters.
About You
Minimum 3 years’ experience in public practice accounting, with exposure to financial reporting and tax compliance.
Committed to advancing towards CPA or CA qualification.
Strong knowledge of Australian tax legislation and compliance, with a drive to expand financial management expertise.
Proficient in Xero and familiar with other accounting software.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and organised.
Strong communicator, eager to learn, grow, and build lasting client relationships.
Proactive, eager to learn, and grow within a supportive team.
